I like the book, the recipes are fairly simple and don't use too many ingredients that aren't readily available. My only wish is that the book had more pictures.

I love this book. When I need to find a chicken receipe all I have to do is get my chicken cookbook out and look for a great dinner. Thank you for your wonderful Chicken Cookbook. This will a book I will pass down to my children one day. Thank you again.

This cookbook has been in my parents kitchen since it was published. My father,now 91,discovered that he left his copy at his winter home. I went on search to local bookstores, no luck. Amazon came thru..........Thanks.

One of the best cookbooks I own

I bought this cookbook 20 years ago when I was first married and overall it has the best chicken recipies out there. 20 years later, this book is still my staple for many of my favorite recipies and I have copied many of the recipies for my family and friends at their request. Now my daughter makes many of the dishes featured in the book.
Make sure you try the chicken marsala and the honey bbq wings but all of the recipies are terrific.

I love this cookbook! I had one many years ago, but lost it during a tropical storm. I finally found another copy at Amazon.com. Every recipe I have tried has been simple enough for the home cook to handle, but tastes like it was prepared by a chef! If you like spicy you have to try the Bolivian Chicken recipe.
